Company: RAWANG SPECIALIST HOSPITAL SDN BHD Corporate ID: MYKPJRAWANG User ID: MYKPJRAWANG6A Description of problem: BBO Team informed that they are not able to approve token binding. Error : Fail. System error CAS Response : VASCO token has been assigned and in use, please contact the administrator. Approving other users is working, but it is taking more than 45 seconds. Please look into the performance of the system in terms of token binding approval. Date perform/date encounter error: 17/4/2014 Account No. / etc : - Error screenshot / etc : as attached

Issue caused by during assign token, RCAS take more than 60 seconds to complete the task, however, web server had routed the request to the other app server of RCAS to process the request. The second request returned error "Token already assigned and in used" because the first request was successful. Advise the user to revoke the token from RCAS and try to approve assign token again from RCMS.
