UAT sev 2 - 821: invalid browser session when doing switching to SG corp

Description
Scenario 1: Main user (ID corp) , virtual user (SG corp). Login as main user then switch to SG corp.
Result: failed with invalid browser session. (tested twice with same result using Internet Explorer 8, tested with firefox with same result)
Scenario 2: Main user (ID corp), virtual user (MY corp). Login as main user then switch to MY corp
Result: passed
The time gap between execution of scenario 1 & 2 is less than 5 minutes. Please see attachment.

It has tested by customer and status changed to closed .
