Description

Executed steps:
1. Login as main user in ID instance
Note: there is a user linking between KARUNATEST1 (ID instance) as main user to MAKER4 (global instance) as virtual user.
2. Login was successful. Then go toTransaction status inquiry
3. Change the Corp Name value to PROVIDER = ID , Corp Name = IDKARUNA
4. Corp IDKARUNA was shown in the search result
5. When clicking the IDKARUNA hyperlink, system returns the attached screen.

Question:
1. Why I cannot query IDKARUNA Transaction list from the Global Instance (switched to virtual user)?

***According to screenshot at UAT 775 (retest 777 and 775.docx), simulated at Maybank Malaysia using user linking as attached. Hit error mesage 'Unknown Exception'. Referring to attachment (cas 2.log), response code from RCAS is 52. Route to RCAS.

referring to attachment (lorenzo.jpg), the user linking is still there at RCMS.
