Please attend user request below:
MPI team requested helpdesk to re-activate all of the users of STEELASIA MANUFACTURING CORP due to non-usage. However, they cannot do so since the status of some of the users are still "Active". But once client login to the system it says "User ID deactivated". Can helpdesk deactivate the user IDs and then activate it back?
