Not able to simulate this issue in local, SIT or UAT. Need further investigate for this issue.

Already know the root cause for this problem and fixed. The root cause for this problem is the validation. The detail information as below:
Error Detail:
1. validation.xml set notMatch.
2. fromAccount and toAccount drop down list using index instead of account number
3. validation will throw when selected from account and to account is the same order even the account number is not same.
Solution:
1. remove the notMatch validation in validation.xml
2. change business exception in service class to show the same error message as validation since the checking of same account number already exist.
