Please attend to below customer enquiry:
We noticed the below 2 issues for today RFI Crediting W1:
1) 74 transactions (RM459,980.77) were unsuccessful with "Credit Error" status with return code "No Account (R03)" Hence all the 74 accounts were not credited and were not return to MyClear at OFI W3 10.30am. Has randomly checked on the accounts # in phoenix and it were a valid account type.
2) 1 transaction (RM200) with credit status "Successful" however upon checking unable to find this particular account "0075020015411" in phoenix.
We seek your assistance to look into this matter urgently on the root cause of the issue and advise on the next action.
Fyi, the next window for RFI W2 crediting will be at 12pm. Attached the details of the transaction for your further checking.
