Current Problem:
1. Time Deposit List Can't be Shown in Time Deposit Menu for user ribuser1
2. After fixing, even though a particular TD is not linked, it still shows in Time Deposit Menu

Root Cause:
1. One of TD Account is closed, so Account Information will return error 14. Inside the code, if any of account return 14, it will throw exception "you do not have TD account" or similar.
2. There is no code checking for linked account TD

Solution:
1. Change the code checking; If one of the TD has error, just ignore it and this TD would not be shown in the list nor the error message will be shown to the customer. Instead, only "healthy account" will shown in the list.
2. Add checking inside the code, to filter only "Linked TD Account"
