Root cause: Missing account status initialisation for account with "Charge Off" status.
Solution: Initialise account status for account with "Charge Off" status.

Issue has been tested and passed. Able to view the Loan account in Account & Banking summary list, able to do Own Account Transfer and 3rd party account transfer.The Internal Test Result will attach at Alfresco.TQ
Send to customer for SIT&UAT.
