3. Token Cover Letter - Provider
i. To create a new module in RCAS admin (IT team) > Maintenance -> "Token Cover Letter - Provider"
ii. In this new module, allow RCAS admin (IT team) -> to select the Provider, to select the file name (to select the predefine template may be has 5 templates, then select 1), and preview the Token Cover Letter template before confirm.
iii. Each Provider template needs to provide by Maybank in order to cater in the RCAS system.
iv. all other applications also sharing the same template/design
v. For Variable Value will follow the input from RCAS system and will only has English, no other languages as at this moment due to Maybank DB not able to support the Chinese characters.
vi. For Fix Value will be able to have English in English template or Chinese language template.
