Encountered customers unable to stop cheque via KFHOnline & CMS. Error Code 9999 appeared after tried to cancel the cheque. Appended below the details of the stop cheque transactions dated 14th & 15th July 2014 for your further checking.

While checking on the log file (startManagedWeblogic.log) we see the esb throw error message -810647
REFER IMAGE ATTACHED
Already revert to Surianie (KFH IT). She said they will follow up with ITS (Other Vendor)
