the issue: Please help, RSCF team did perform the creation of new user but unable to find in Pin Mailer.

finding:currently the pin mailer application is pointing to UAT2 database.RCAS and webservice is pointing to UAT database.

Azmat has esc to Maybank technical team for confirmation before closed case.

Dear RCMS/RCAS team,

We need your further advise / action on how can the issue in relation to RSCF create new user using Pin Mailer be resolved?

As far as we know, the RSCF UAT appl server is connected to RCAS UAT 172.29.74.49:9445 server. Any connection behind RCAS to Pin Mailer are currently transparent to RSCF application team.

Pls advise.

Hi Azmat,

Based on our findings, currently the pin mailer application is pointing to UAT2 database.

RCAS and webservice is pointing to UAT database.

As both is different database, this is why the user created is not shown in pin mailer.

Hi Achmad…

Any possibility we can get the log from the Pin Mailer terminal to??

The reason why we ask these questions, is to ensure / determine that there is a request send from RSCF appl server (UAT) to RCAS (UAT), PIN Mailer (UAT) terminal.

Hi Lee Lee,

Tested with Amir, able to search for the created user in pinmailer application.

Root cause:
User created in UAT DB, pinmailer pointing to UAT2 DB

Fix:
changed the pinmailer to point to UAT DB by Maybank team
