Please attend below query:
Corp ID GBSI was accidentally created under Provider MY. After maker have deleted and authorizer have approved the corp ID, encounter error 'Organisation ID already in used. Please use another one'.

This issue was handled by Boby.
Cause :
CIF created is tied under the corporate created for MY provider, not PH.
Solution :
Provided the script to update the existing CIF to dummy in order to allow the BBO to create the correct CIF tied under correct corporate Id.
