Hi Wei Kuan
As discussed, please do the BBO user id creation, if the password deliver through Email or SMS, a reference # require to add on.
The FSD did mention but did not capture the screenshot because the screenshot is a sample view of the requirement. However if for User Guide doc then it should included all the screenshot.

please follow new format of reference no = ddmmyyhhmmss000001.

no change for the application name from M2E to M2E-RC and etc.

We are amending the FSD also.
