Description
To enhance mail category to address the below requirement:-
How if bank user had delete/edit the subject, is user allowed to reply by using same subject?
Reply indicator in the inbox
• In case other support staff had reply the message

- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Development / Work In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 80
If the bank user delete or edit the subject, user also can reply by using the same subject, because when delete or edit, it just change the status to deleted. When want to get the subject user, it will check the subject is belong to which category, then get the users by category. Now finish edited the codes but have not do the testing on it.
