Kindly attend to customer's enquiry below:
Based on mbb custody user(hazwani):
I reset the password and user(client) tried to login however getting below error (screen 1 - refer to attachment). According client, this is the first time login.
First time login(screen 2 - refer to attachment).

Cause:
This issue was happened due to the null value of tncRefDate in database.
Solution:
Update the column to set the tncRefDate value same as createdDate value.
Checking:
Still checking on which part cause the null value to be inserted into database.
Conclusion:
This issue considered to be closed, since client can login successfully. However, will continue checking where does the null value be inserted into database inside the code.
