Kindly help to check issue below:
Our BBO Team unable to generate pin mailer for 2 company with error message " Error while performing"
Details of the company and users as below :-
Company Name : LAM MANAGEMENT SDN BHD and SIGMA SALES & SOLUTIONS SDN BHD
Date/Time performed : 18/8/2014 10:40am
They said this issue maybe realted to invalid char in address.

Root cause: Company was not created for MYSIGMA. User wanted to tag created users from MYSIGMA to MYSIGMAS.
Fix: Provide script
a. MYSIGMAS
Issue: Users (MYSIGMA1D, MYSIGMA1C, MYSIGMA2A, MYSIGMA2D, MYSIGMA1A) are tag to wrong corporate ID (MYSIGMA).
Request: To change users' corporate id from MYSIGMA to MYSIGMAS using stub
Penril Action: Script provided to change users' corporate id from MYSIGMA to MYSIGMAS and update for 5 users in previous email
b. MYLAMANA
Issue: Users did not displayed in pin mailer queue list.
Request: To check why users are not shown in pin mailer queue list
Penril Findings: Users are not displayed in the pin mailer queue list is due to E_PENDING_SEND (Pending Send) flag is set to N.
The user will only display if E_AUTOSEND_INDI (Autosend Indicator) = P and E_PENDING_SEND = Y
Please confirm the settings selected during user creation (RCMS) for users under company MYLAMANA
Request: To provide stub to change E_PENDING_SEND to Y for users in company MYLAMANA
Penril Action: Provide script to update users

BBO now manage to print all the ids belongs to MYSIGMAS.
