Subject : Error regarding IBGCore issues during our Live Run on 19/08/2014 Attachments(1) We have perform Live Run for IBGCore on 19/08/2014, but the Live Run failed (refer to attachment 1) We have change configuration given by your support before we perform Live Run but still failed

Based on our investigation, we suspect that the issue occurred is because of configuration setting . due error found at ibg server.
**we cannot investigate configuration setting for ib & ibg web service due of configuration change back to original state after rollback system.
