Description
I'm using Maker ID to perform "Send Email" function in customer Enquiry. After approve the activity, I received the email from RCAS. Then I use the Maker ID to perform the same activity on the same user id, it show a message
"Current profile is having changes pending for approval, further changes are not allowed.". With the same user id I try to disable the user status also show the same message. Please find the attachment.

Root Cause: pending flag was not reset during authorize send email function
Fix: To reset pending flag during authorize send email function

pls update which release and change the status to pending customer feedback. if already closed it in HPQC then close the case. TQ
