Kindly attend this request:
Could you please further check what's the root cause that trigger the status "Unsuccessful". Based on the listing given, total 3 SI on 14/07/2014 should be executed however only 1 of the SI transactions was executed successfully and the other 2 SI were not executed. Appreciate an update on the root cause to avoid same incident happen again.

There is no update on this case since August 21, please help to follow up to see whether we can closed this case or update the status.

Hi Chooi
Problem resolved after copy module in Kfh consumer folder into CIB SI folder as recommended by Penril. Root cause is due to incorrect step during migration
to update latest SI module. Recommend to close the case.
