Description

Error accessing Instance 1: http://10.20.208.1:7210/kfh_corus
1. Click Holiday Enquiry -> Auto Logoff (Session expired)
2. Click Scheduled Services Maintenance, Exception List Enquiry or Schedule Execution Log -> Prompt ‘Servlet Exception’ error

This was reported by Roslan when he was trying to create new Holiday. He just called and now when i retested Instance 4: 7510 also prmopt error (prev was ok): Schedule Execution Log, tried twice -> 1st time: Session Expired and 2nd time: Servlet Exception error.
Pls check for all instance and for also IB to see which/what is affected.

issue : kfh production server instances 1 and 4 were shown error in IB where as instances 2 and 3 were working
fine.
root cause : Some of the Jboss services could startup properly when restarting the server, that causes the deployment
file to corrupt
action : Restart both App Server 1 and 2 to bring up all the services.
