Description

Kindly attend below request:

Customer received 2 password in different email.
We already check with RCMS and they find out  RCMS send reset password request(for user MYSCM04D) to RCAS and it replied with response code 99 which means “Unknown Error”

We (Penril) suggested to change the plugin timeout to 147 seconds.

We suspected that the cause might be the failover plugin (node 1 and node 2) in websphere.
The first request timeout in node 1 and failover to node 2.
Our system treated as 2 request, so 2 emails were sent out.

hi Zahir,
just to add on some more information if you yet send to customer.

We (Penril) suggested to change the plugin timeout to 147 seconds is based on that time the log information we have. if the network or other issue cause the plugin timeout increased, it may happen the same issue.

We suspected that the cause might be the failover plugin (node 1 and node 2) in websphere.
The first request timeout in node 1 and failover to node 2.
Our system treated as 2 request, so 2 emails were sent out.
