Kindly attend below request:
Permanent Resident (PR) customers would have values as listed below: User Entry Cust ID : <Birth Date (YYMMDD)><AA><XXXX>, AA must be more than 60 and not 71 Cust ID Type (ID Description) : 009 Race Code : 099 Citizenship : other than Malaysian Country Permanent Resident : Malaysia System Populate Customer Type : 102 Resident Status : 003 Rules: Users must not be allowed to proceed if any of the items in User Entry is not satisfied.

Additional changes:
-User want the PR included on id type drop down list.
-Checking for 7th and 8th digit of the PR will happened on the first page before proceed.
-User want NEW IC also check the first 6th is valid birth date syntax
-If ID type=PR, allow drop down of citizenship. if select malaysian will show error
-populate the country permanent address to Malaysia
