Hi kak Liza,
Root cause: Incorrect html tag. Some browser may cause additional html tags when user paste copied note and save it. Condition may vary depends on certain browser.
Solution: Amend and make sure the note is correct after save it.

Browser compatibility issue. Tested using Chrome,Firefox and IE. Recommended to use IE for updating the Main Notes.
