Description
Create New Provider module: to add the Timezone for selection when create new provider under Maintenance module in order to identify the timezone of each country. Only one drop down list for all the timezone (Abbreviation and UTC Offset) when select the country. Refer to attached Appendix I for the timezone

pls assist add on the veridation also for Timezone in frontend if did not select any thing and click on Confirm button, currently it only veridate on Provider and Country on frontend.
