Kindly attend below request:
Problem : Able to login as Corporate user but after click user maintenance, step 1 (he choose single user role) customer unable to proceed next step. It takes too long for respond. Already advise customer to clear cache, use another browser and customer also inform have been walk on to Kota Bharu Branch but still goes to same situation which is inappropriate loading time. He have been try for a week. (He also able to open Maybank2u - no problem with internet connection.) Customer details: Customer Name : MOHD RADZUAN B. Hi Kartono,
Kindly assist to check on the issue.Able to replicate it on development using steps as below:- Login as Corporate Admin
- Click on IB Service Administration
- Click on User Maintenance
- Click on Create button
- Select Single User as User Role and click on Next button
Current Result:
System throw Session Expired page
Expected Result:
Should able to create the Single User

Current findings:
- Certain account duplicated in the account list.
- IB suppose to retrieve 20 accounts per request from HOST, but instead HOST return 20 accounts with last account from previous request. (Customer must has more than 20 accounts)
Already ask Ruzaimah (AGRO IT) to duplicate the accounts into development environment.
