Sender name didn’t reflect correct in all the ibg rfi reports and enquiry screens.

Hafiz: Base of our investigation. We found the problem because of RFI send from MyClear contains unknown character that view in RFI as spacing
31/10 - Chooi: Have further checked with MyClear and they advise to do a HEX ON the special character and evaluate the values.

04/11 - Hafiz: From my investigation we found code for unknown character is 65533
0xfffd (65533) - Replacement character, represents an unknown character.
Used to replace an incoming character whose value is unknown or unrepresentable in Unicode compare the use of U+001A as a control character to indicate the substitute function.
Fixed. Migration to Production Activities (5-8 Dec 2014)
