Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

We will perform IB Mock run tonight.
When we bringup IB DR (kfhib14, kfhib15 & kfhib16) we unable to check balance inquiry
error message : server unavailable

The log show many of below error message

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
SVR4 Error: 2: No such file or directory

This probably related to listener. To confirm execute:

sqlplus user/password@db_alias

From ESB (WebLogic Console) test the connection to DB:

Login to WebLogic Console
Services -> JDBC -> Data Source -> Data Source Name -> Monitoring tab > Testing tab > select the server then click Test Data Source
