Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
The maker has assigned 100 token to Singapore provider but when Checker check in pending task list, it show provider Malaysia(Tracking ID 1862). Upon clicking on Tracking ID , the list of token shown and provider now stated as Singapore Under normal circumstances we notice that Both screen should show Singapore provider. Please check and instruct us whether we can approve the transaction. We have tried twice but result still the same.(submit and checker reject and then submit again)

This is not an error, it is the application behavior.
The provider in the pending task list is the maker's provider, and the provider in details page is the token's provider.
We can proceed to close this issue.
