Toomy, you can test this first and close this case. Unless they not allow you to change password.

- % Done changed from 0 to 90
Hi Mr. Tan,
- Already test for this with user id : ribuser1 and new password is : Bii654321 with the result is pass.
- The test script put in path : https://staging.penril.net/webdav/bii-rmbp/Documents/SIT%20Script/Customer%20Service/Change%20Password/.
- Still need retest by Rizky.
Note : For next time we'll use another user id for retest this and i still try to reset password one of existing user id.
