Chooi reported:
1. 2 Prepaid Trx on 28/09/2010 are not reflected in the Daily Internet Trx Rpt as amounts have been debited from account.
2. In ePay Recon File, there is an additional ASTRO bill pmt trx (RM80). This trx is not reflected in the bill pmt report as well as the Daily Internet Trx Rpt.

Per Jelson explained the problem might be happened as below:-
Suspect that there is error in BV Data Manager. It only happened in App 1 instance 1, may need to restart server to solve the problem.

Hi Chooi,
After our investigation, we noticed that there was a problem with one of the element in App Server 1 second instance. It is used for writing data into database and it was not functioning correctly. The reason being is either that instance was not started properly or it crashed for some reason during the particular period of time. We have requested IT Server Admin to perform a restart on the affected instance and we have checked through the transactions on that instance which is working fine now.
Please monitor the ePay transaction for time being just in case it happens again. Thanks.

Prepaid Trxn Issue:
Chooi updated the prepaid trxn is working fine now.
Jelson, that day you ask nazri to remove the unused ws link from PROD sbconsole, but it is not removed yet.
Do we still want to have it remove?
SI delete trxn is included in Recon report issue:
SI delete trxn should not be include in the recon report. Will check on it.

Refer Bug #564 (C010 - ePay Recon File) for sign off
Tested by changing status of failed prepaid trxn to Successful before generating report.
Received sign-off on Nov 15 by Chooi So Fun.
Planned to be migrated to PRODUCTION on Friday 19/11/2010 (together with IBG 2nd Validation migration)
