As spoken, the below requires ITSC approval. nevertheless, since this is a budgeted project, please proceed to commence the development work as discussed.
We will issue the PO once we obtain the necessary approvals from ITSC.

Please take this email as confirmation for your team to start working on the project.

Hi Malar,

As per our conversation, please endorse on the IBFT project quotation soonest possible for my team kick off the project development.

I am also aware that it takes time for ITSC approval for the project, please issue us the PO by 22nd October 2010 if possible or latest by end of October 2010.

Hi Jelson,

Our internal discussion refers.

Please assist to clarify on the 36 man/days for front end changes and 21 man/days for BVMC changes.
The proposed option is merely introducing another module at IB and majority of validations, accounting entries and processing are handled still being handled at the HPS for standardization.

Please revert ASAP.

Hi Malar,

Please find the attached for the details breakdown for IBFT modules and work effort. You may review and revert to me if there is any sub module you find that it is not necessary. Please note that regardless of the effort require for those handled by HPS, IB will has its own concepts and rules within to be implemented and delivered. Please let me know if you need a further clarification
