Kindly attend below request:
Users reported that some of the entries are being rejected in STEP 1 of the Prepaid Card Registration when entering passport no. Seems like POWS could not accept passport no with combinations such as XXX9999XX9X, XXX999XXX9 etc.

Drop because GCIF side also cannot handle this kind of passport format. Already discuss with Ridzuan and agree to drop it.
