Hi Chee Onn,
Kindly assist to check below issue:-
[BIB] New Bill Payment
Step to Reproduce:
1) Click on Bill Payment
2) Click on New Bill Payment
3) Select "Payee Corporation Category"
4) Select "Payee Corporation"
5) Select "From Account"
6) Enter "Amount"
7) Enter " Customer Offer Letter Number"
8) Enter "Customer Name"
9) Enter "Customer IC/ID No"
10) Click on "Next" button
11) Enter "Security Token Pin number"
12) Click on "Confirm" button
Current Result:
IB did not display GST Charges at Confirm screen & Result page screen.
Expected Result:
IB should display GST Charges at Confirm screen & Result page screen.

Hi Akmal,
Please confirm the GST required for this payee is BIB or RIB&BIB.
If the GST required not under above range, it will not shown the GST charges for this payee.

Hi Chee Onn,
Has confirm with Kartono that he already set as required in IBAM for all channel (RIB & BIB).
So, supposedly it should display GST charges.

Please help me to get the actual Column value for CHANNEL inside the database for the table IB_GST_CONTENT which CHARGES_CODE equal 001.
Please help me to get the actual COlumn Value for GST_REQUIRED and BIB_CUSTOMER_CHARGES inside the database for the table IB_PAYEE which the payee you selected just now.

Hi all,
Based on Gtalk conversation yesterday, have checked from the table actual Column value for CHANNEL inside the database for the table IB_GST_CONTENT which CHARGES_CODE equal 001 is 3 and actual COlumn Value for GST_REQUIRED and BIB_CUSTOMER_CHARGES inside the database for the table IB_PAYEE which the payee selected is 99. Try to retest, but problem still persist. Therefore, Chee Onn decide to come to Agrobank today.
Root cause:
This file "hibernate.staging-agro.cfg.xml" not updated.
Resolution:
Update the missing file.
