Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
User reported that Monthly Consolidated Transaction Report for Dec 2014 not available for retrieval while daily sms issuance reports dated 23,30 & 31 Dec 2014 available but no transactions when retrieved. Kindly investigate and revert the finding.

In the screenshot provided, report is generated but not displayed when request in BVMC.

Root Cause: String values in SMS_TABLE (table) OTHER1 (column) - cannot match with IB_SMS_NOTIFICATION (table) SMS_NOTIFICATION_ID (column)
Solutions: IT to copy other value than numeric and null value from other1 to other2 and delete that value at other1 (sms_table).Please generate selected report on problem date.- please backup report and sms_table at database first
This problem will happen again if others value than numeric and null value still inserted to other1 by another service.

6/1/15 - Email from IT (Azraf) had regenerate the affected report.
12/1/15 - User to confirm on the report regenerated.
IT to confirm that this issue has resolved.
