Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

On 29th December, there were 4 transactions with 2 success and 2 fail transactions but reflected as 4 fail transactions in BVMC report. 
Kindly investigate on the cause why the transactions failed and why it is showing 4 fail transactions instead of 2.

Hi Hafiz,

Have 6 records in transaction_history and ib_inter_transfer table,
4 records in ibg_entry table

2 records in ibg_entry is not logged in transaction_history and ib_inter_transfer table

nothing found in log except startManagedweblogic.log. but the info is not lead to cause of problem.

need scheduler.log and server.log for more info

This Issue related to the solution provided by Penril on code and logger enhancement in order to capture the possible root cause for this error due to limited information capture in the log, and some bug in the exception handling.? But the patch yet to deploy to production.?(pending feedback on the logger enhancement from IT) while Hafiz try to proceed to check on other related logs.

Root Cause: Cannot find any trace log file
Solutions: Our suggestion logger enhancement in order to capture the possible root cause for this error
due to limited information capture in the log, and some bug in the exception handling.

Already email to IT to close the issue while waiting the logger implementation
