On today (19-01-2015),
Bank, BBO had retested and encountered same issue, user get the "Error while performing your request" error when they try to search using company name.

Action Taken & Result :
-Simulating in Development, SIT1, UAT1 and UAT2 environment, unable to reproduce the issue.
-Simulating this issue using production ear file, also, unable to reproduce it.
-Comparing the production classes with our source code, found no difference.
In process :
-Still checking on the production data.

Root Cause :-
The root cause of this issue is the limitation of IN Clause in Oracle Database, where Oracle has IN Clause 1000 item limit.
In production DB, the data is more than 1000, therefore when using in clause in hibernate, oracle throw error ORA-01795.
Solution :-
Would modify the code, to use inner join. Changes of code are still in progress.
