Some of error messages from nohup logs are indicating us that it can be a communication issue which can be caused by network.
org.jboss.mq.SpyJMSException: No pong received; - nested throwable: (java.io.IOException: ping timeout.)

Caused by: java.io.IOException: ping timeout.
after some investigation have found out that the problem is related to network problems
org.jboss.mq.SpyJMSException: Cannot send a message to the JMS server; - nested throwable: (java.io.IOException: Client is not connected)
This error is normally comes when JMS server is unable to connect with the client and hence unable to send the message again its pointing to a network issue can be there.

there can be some issue between apache and Jboss because of the firewall.
Can you please check with System Administrator if there are some issues with the network/ firewall.

Also Have you changed something at JMS configuration level before this error came ?

Provide interim solution to extract data on the FTT transaction which not received of payment instruction via email
Steps:
1. Find the affected transactions in BVMC FTT Report for affected date.
2. Get the IB Transaction ID for affected transactions.
3. Remove the '-' from IB Transaction ID (eg. 20150112-0000066130 change to 201501120000066130)
4. Run the script:
SELECT * FROM BIB_FTT_TRANSFER where TRNX_ID in ('?');
replace ? with the affected IB Transaction ID (without dash '-').

issue of below details, which not captured in Corus and BVMC Report.
Details:
Amount : USD1,068,745.01
Account Number : 305888305002508 Butterworth Trading Ltd.
Transaction Date : 13/1/2015
Transaction Time : 7:09:48 pm
We have search through the company transaction and FTT transfer tables and the log files.
Apart from the esb log, where we found the record send to phoenix, we could not find anything related to this transaction.
Below is our proposal on the interim solutions and preventive action:
Interim Solutions:-
To request info from user on the transaction details in order for reconciliation or other finance activity purposes as we unable to capture the data via run DB script.
Preventive Action:-
To propose to have logger enhancement implemented.
Based on quick discussion with En. Zakaria, we would like to request the latest Production source code for both KFH My and Labuan as soon as possible in order to proceed with code merging, review and implement the Logger and exception handling enhancement to deal with this type of issues.
