#1 Updated by Ong Wei Kuan over 9 years ago

  • Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Development / Work In Progress

Summary of issue :-
-Same issue happened before.
-Checked from the log, the return code from VASCO library was 1 (validation fail), and RCAS return error code 30 (Invalid OTP Credential) to RCMS.
-Users claimed that they key in correct OTP and using the correct token.

Solution :-
Based on the suggestion of VASCO document (VACMAN_Controller_Integration_White_Paper_V3_0.pdf), when OTP validation fails, a Reset Token Info may be performed, we suggested Bank to reset token for users and ask users to retest.

Remark :-
Pending Bank action and feedback.
