Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Sepertimana semakan yang telah dilakukan bagi setting id di UAT dan Prod bagi group Contact Centre adalah sama bagi kedua-dua environment,
tetapi agent Contact Centre ini menghadapi masalah di mana apabila unlocked customer, error message “User is Pending for approval” diapaparkan.

Based on user details given by Ridduwan (Agrobank Data Centre Team), It appears reported user is not flagged as pending.
Already ask Agrobank user to unlock the user again.
