Kindly attend below request:
Customer has complaint that TAC has been delayed and received 8 minutes after request. (customer request TAC at 8.48am) Kindly investigate on why there's delay on receiving the TAC for today's date. We have checked with MK and their findings show that they received the request from KFH at 8.56.15 (8 min after TAC request) and TELCO immediately delivered the TAC to customer at 8.56.17. Attached is the sms_table info extracted for today's date for the descriptions that contain 'TAC'. Should you need any other info, kindly let us know.

Based on our investigation and already informed by our SD previously, this problem happen because connection timeout when IB try to connect to "http://tempuri.org/SendMT".
It happen to all send TAC between that period (refer to log below). TAC will send again, because the status of SMS not yet update,
therefore the SMS will keep on trying until the SMS status is update.
