Here is the summary of the issue:
Root Cause:
- Previous biller reconciliation program was not introduced with new service info “MBILLINFO and MBILLFAV”.
Solution:
- Introduce “MBILLINFO and MBILLFAV” in biller reconciliation program.
The program runs every 12:00AM. Asked Pak Wahyu to conduct SIT in RMBP SIT environment. Screen capture attached.
