Findings:
Error Code Description: Can't 'Pay Ahead' w/overpayment amt.
The system was unable to credit the amount overpaid on this payment toward the next payment. Contact Phoenix International.

Error Code Description: Tran amount not equal to payoff amount.
The transaction amount does not equal the payoff amount for this loan. To post a payment that is less than this loan's payoff amount, use TC300 or TC 302.

Proposed: For crediting failure, to use general rejection reason R23 - Credit Refused by Receiver.
19/01 - Hafiz: The cause of error is Amount at IBG_RFI is less that 11 character. Data at amount column must consist of 11 character(0100000000)
