Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Cant add new payee for Other Bank Credit Card. with result : Payee code has been used, but if we check that payee code its not exist in list.

Hi Chee Onn,
Need your help to investigate the issue in MSS. I try to debug IBSSCreatePayeeService but can't find the root cause.
Problem:
- Can not add payee in MSS > Site Management > Payee > Bill Payment > One Time Payment
Steps to reproduce:
- MSS > Site Management > Payee > Bill Payment > One Time Payment > Other Bank Credit Card > ABN AMRO
- Put any 6 digits in payee code
- put any 4 digits in product code
- merchant currency 016
Error log:

Dear Gabby,
Please refer below for the root cause and solution.
Root Couse:
DB2 auto generated engine for table DBO.IB_PAYEE failed to generated new OID when insert a row.
Solution:
Edit table DBO.IB_PAYEE column 'OID' by remove 'Generated' flag and commit. After that, edit the table again by add back 'Generated' flag to column 'OID'.
