IBG via ATM for BOC
Request to change the Bene Name from "No Name" to "IBG via ATM" as "No Name" is meaningless to customer when displayed in statement.

ATM will send complete description in field "phnxPrincipleDesc" in the web service.
For example as below.
ATM IBG:IBG Via ATM,Current/Savings,AMTA74M
I expect the description in Phoenix will be :
ATM IBG:IBG Via ATM,Current/Savings,AMTA74M REF#

Penril: From our code, we defaulted the phnxPrincipleDesc to "IBG-ATM FUND TRANSFER".
We will only check from paymentDescription field sent from ATM. If is empty will default to "IBG ATM TRANSFER".
