Description
Unable to perform IBG-OTC via GFS. Encounter error “The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error” after inputing the bene account number.

Findings:
GFS unable to open branch issue :The SQL Server Agent service was stopped at the kfhba09 (10.20.100.1) server, which resulted in GFS's nightly processing job to not be executed and the March 2015 journal tables not being created.
11/02 - (Penril) The esb pointing to 9001 is returning null pointer.I have deployed esb for 12001, tested and is working.

26/02 - Compile issues encountered by Razimah & Zilah as this related to IBG-OTC setup
27/02 - IT Apps to manage the environment issue
02/03 - All ESB pointing for IB, IBG, ATM and GFS has been configured to 12001 environment. But GST user which share the same 12001 unable to open branch due to error occurred at GFS. Escalated to ITS since 9.30 am today.
