Hi kindly attend to customer's enquiry below:

For the issue #51, We alreadycheck from the logs which we got from RCMS and we found that they tried tologin using this User ID: AUTHORISER01 into RCMS on last Monday (7:05 – 7:11PM GMT+8) but they unable to login as the RCAS replied with the respondcode 95 (HSM Error). So, kindly check with RCAS vendor for our finding byreferring the attached cas.log

For the issue #51, Theyencountered timeout issue when they performed both Balance Inquiry andTransaction Activity Inquiry.
Balance Inquiry
Cases:

Only issue 51 is related with RCAS. TQ.

Receive the latest update from use on 12/03 and still return error code 95

Waiting for user for BII log on the same time

Issue update:

After receive the log from BII the HSM return error 67 and we can't find its error description from HSM documentation.
We kindly ask Maybank to check with HSM vendor on this returned error.

Now we still didn't got update from Maybank Site

Update:-

-Checked from the log, RCAS got error code 67 from HSM, no mapped error description in HSM documentation. Advised Bank to check with HSM vendor.
-Suspected cause - different value of local.zpk and imported.zpk in upass.cfg from both BII and MY server. Waiting Bank to confirm the value in config file.
