Dear Zahir,

Yes please close it. This cases cannot be traced in cas_admin.log (application) nor systemOut.log of websphere, as the log does not provide useful information. I personally do not think this is caused by application instead more towards infrastructure.

This means to add the performance indicator at the log to monitor such slowness (requires to change and redeploy the app).
