Kindly attend below request:
Since yesterday got a few complains from our customer regarding late receiving TAC reply via SMS. Its take more then 5 minutes to get TAC reply. This morning, i didnt receive any TAC reply via SMS after request and a few customer also had a same problem. Please take look into this problem urgently as its effect our business & customers.

Hi Surianie/Ashikin From our investigation, we still found "Connection times out" error at sms log. This error appear after 60 or more sms executed in one batch. We suspect there are problem on MK site that cause "Connection times out".
