Kindly attend below request:
We received complaints from customers that they encountered the below error page while performing IBG transaction at CMS (BIB). Please assist ASAP and for your info tested at KFHOnline (CIB) was working fine. Customer also encountered the same error page while performing Bulk Upload. Furthermore, customer successfully approved bulk transaction yesterday however all transactions were failed with reason "Bulk Payment Engine Failed." Details as per below for your further investigation. Appreciate it if you could look into this matters immediately as customers need to perform the trx asap. Approved by : 1) MOHD ZAILANI MOHAMED ZAIN (22 Apr 2015 17:25:44) Transaction type : Bulk Payment Upload IB Ref No : 0000144447 Initiation date/time : 22 Apr 2015 16:52:07 Status : Unsuccessful Reason : Submit bulk payment to BulkPayment Engine failed.

As per Hafiz reply:
Base of our investigation. We found hibernate setting at kfh_bib for bv framework 0,1,2 is wrong.
Only bv framework 3 used correct setting.
Please check hibernateBV.cfg.xml setting
\WEB-INF\classes\my\com\kfhbib\hibernate\configuration\hibernateBV.cfg.xml
