Kindly attend below request:
Please assist to look into this issue urgently as MPI has problem to login due to HSM error. Their last attempt to login is around 9.50am -10.00am 29/04/2015.

Root cause : connection refused to HSM
Remarks :
-Customer claimed that after server restarted, login issue was resolved.
-However, after checked the log, we find that there are several action of server restarting at yesterday and today morning, and, the issue connection refused to HSM still exist.
-Besides, at 3.21pm today, before server was restarted, we see that the connection to HSM was already successful.
-Thus, can conclude that this connection refused issue is not caused by application itself.
-Suggest customer to check on the network stability and also the IP access availability during the connection refused period.
